Hermetica Flowers
Hermetica is Sydney's experimental florist, and Haymarket — with its Chinatown, Paddy's Markets and the Central Station precinct — is one of the suburbs our aesthetic was made for. We deliver daily from our Woolloomooloo studio, around 10 minutes away, with each arrangement built to order and hand-delivered by our in-house courier team.
Every Haymarket delivery is handled by Hermetica's in-house courier team — we don't outsource to general couriers. That means we can guarantee hand-delivery, manage concierge or restaurant drop-offs carefully, and protect your arrangement from start to finish.
Our Haymarket customers most often order Cotton Candy (from $280), Ultrabotanical (from $180) and Phalaenopsis Orchids (from $80). For larger or bespoke pieces — weddings, corporate events, private celebrations — our Custom Projects service designs one-off commissions to brief.
Haymarket (2000) is approximately 10 minutes by road from our Woolloomooloo showroom. Same-day delivery is available Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12pm. Weekend deliveries (Saturday and Sunday) must be placed by 5pm Friday. Click-and-collect from the Woolloomooloo studio is also available if you'd like to inspect your flowers before they travel.
250 Dowling St Woolloomooloo - 180sqm
Originally an automotive repair shop, 250 Dowling St has now been converted into a state-of-the-art florist studio with capacity to host up to 80 guests. Features of the space include hand plastered walls, stainless steel benches and fittings, an industrial coolroom, kitchenette and integrated Sonos sound system. Floral styling available upon request.
