Our standard shipping window is between 9am - 5pm. We do not guarantee any timed requests. Delivery time is dependent on other orders being delivered on the same day, please feel free to contact us on (02) 9008 2258 for an update on delivery for your order as we do not currently offer live tracking on our deliveries.

Hermetica Flowers reserves to right to charge an increased delivery charge (payable by the customer) under particular circumstances, which may include the delivery location being outside of the delivery areas listed, misspelled or incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order, or difficulty or delays caused by misleading information provided.

If your items fail to be delivered, they will be returned to Hermetica and the additional courier fee will be passed on to you. We will then need to organise delivery again at another additional charge.

Please leave contact details for the recipient particularly for long-distance recipients so that we can co-ordinate an appropriate delivery schedule with them.
